Greeting cards

This post is also available in : French

Since a few days, we receive magnificent greeting cards of our furry friends of almost everywhere in the world. This nice initiative, baptized Chrissymouse Cards, was launched by our friends of Forty Paws.

It is the first time when we participate, and we are not sure to have understood well rules : is it necessary to send a card to all the participants, or only to any ? We a little mixed maybe also with the rules of Secret Paws

Then here we are, not to commit faux pas, and not to hurt nobody, we sent our wishes by e-mail to all the kittens of the list which we had received. Momo then drew lots of the innocent hand three buddies who were going to receive a greeting card by snail mail.

We had a lot of pleasure to help Claire to realize these cards !

You can send Christmas cards to any blog or person or cats you like. They can either be sent in the mail or you can email your friends with a Christmas Card picture and a message. We mostly do email as the postage is quite expensive if you are sending lots of mailed cards but we do send some by snail mail too.

I sent email cards to everyone on the list and to others I visit. I send postal cards to those I have exchanged with for several years but am trying not to add too many more because postage is now so expensive for overseas. With the economy as it is most people are cutting back on snail mail cards so don’t worry, you won’t be hurting anyone’s feelings.

We somehow missed getting signed up for this. We think it was when the pawrents were away the last time. We still have gotten some cards, both through regular and snail mail, which is super nice. We will probably just post a greeting on our blog this year and see if we can’t get involved next year.
