Do not trust appearances : this adorable kitten of 3 and a half months is formidable. Look at what she brought to Claire other evening :
Claire was a little sorry for this poor sparrow, but at the same time I know that she was proud of Pixie ! From her part, Pixie was overexcited, and had a lot of fun before realizing that her toy was… irreparably damaged. She moreover apologized publicly :
Dear bird,
I apologize. I’m only 3 1/2 months old, and I didn’t know that you wouldn’t fly any more having played with me. You were a great playmate for a while, though. Pixie
We can forgive her this time, right ?

Pixie, We know you were only doing what comes naturally. Some of us have caught birdies as well. But if you can stick to mice in the future and your toys that would be a good thing. You were such a good kitty to bring it to your mom. XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo who says “hi” to Zorro.
Mom would have been upset – we only catch mice that come in the house!
Well done Pixie no wonder your Mom is proud of you – our Mum hates it if we bring a bird in for her as she can’t stand the feeling if their feathers flutter.
