Last step before Christmas

This post is also available in : French German Italian

The countdown until Christmas is always the same at our home :
At the end of November, we send our greeting cards to our friends overseas, Claire makes the Advent wreath, and she bakes small Christmas Cake to offer.
At the beginning of December, we send our greeting cards to our family in France and in Italy and to our European friends, we decorate our Christmas tree, and Claire and Momo install the bright decorations outside.
In the middle of December, we send our greeting cards to our family and to our friends in Switzerland.

And one week before Christmas, Claire bakes the Christmas biscuits.

Talking about biscuits, the last book of our talented friend Deb Barnes « Makin’ biscuits » features many of our friends ; that book is about « weird cat habits and even weirder habits of the humans who love them », and it’s a great gift idea. Our friends Caren and Cody wrote a wonderful review, check it out !

Those rituals are very clarifying, Zorro and Pixie. Granny has to do that too instead walking like a chick without a head and still hasn’t made the most impawtant card at all…mine 😀 Pawkisses for a wonderful day…do you mind if I take a cookie…or two, they look adorably delicious 😉 <3

I love your Christmas traditions! My youngest son and step-daughter arrive from up north on Wednesday and that’s when I’ll be making cookies! It’s my favorite part of Christmas – turning on the Christmas music and making cookies with them!

Have a lovely holiday to you and yours and thank you so much for sharing my book, Makin’ Biscuits, and the great review that Caren of Cat Chat with Caren and Cody did!

Hi guys! Sorry we haven’t been around as much as we would like! Something about work obligations and a young dog taking up lots of our Mama’s time these days! We hope you are well and we wish you the best on Christmas and during the holidays 🙂
