It’s always hot, very hot, too hot…
The advice we gave you three weeks ago are still topical, and they are valid for all :
- protect yourselves from the sun
- stay as far as possible in the shade and in the cool
- cool by all means
- reduce your activity to avoid a heat stroke
- stay hydrated enough

As you can see on this photo, Pixie snoopervises very seriously the quality of cloth of the double blind before authorizing its use by our humans.
Looks like a good inspection job is being done!
We have been having heat warnings for a couple of weeks.
We are not used to such high humidity
We are taking it easy indoors 🙂
Purrs Georgia,Julie and JJ
We are getting very high temperatures again. They did drop a bit for 3 days with some rain, but now we are baking again.
The heat is relentless. So, so sick of it.
You two cool kitties try to keep plenty cool please!
We are not having fun in the heat either. Here it’s really the humidity we’re not used to. It makes us wet noodles! We hope you all stay as cool as you can. And Pixie, don’t fall through that shade!
Good job snoopervising, Pixie! We sure hope this oppressive heat goes away very soon.
great tips! We are having a short heat wave now too and we HATE IT!
Good to have a conscientious inspector on the job to make sure everything is purrrrrfect! Stay cool…….
Love, Teddy
Clearly an inspector with very high standards!! It is crazy hot over here too!
Stay cool, my friends. 🙂
Hoomins must be snoopervised at all times, kitties!
I worry about cats in the heat. Here in Phoenix, it is over 100 every day, and often over 110. The outdoor cats cry for food just after dawn, and sleep away the hottest hours. We keep plenty of water out for them, but even the dishes get hot. In the mountains, we humans hike even at 110 degrees and hotter, but the rangers don’t allow dogs in the parks when it’s over 100 degrees. Maybe we should take a hint. Thanks for the post.
It is hot here. Keep cool. XO
Great job snoopervising! Stay cool!

Thanks for the share and the tips. We have been getting really warm again here and the humidity is rising really high again this week. Hopefully, everyone has a chance to stay inside and enjoy the air conditioning with there little fur babies. Have a wonderful rest of your week.
We are ready for some cooler temperatures! This week has brought some Gulf rains and breezes so it has felt a bit better.
Both cats look like they mean business!
We are getting too many hot days too! We need a week of rain!! ARGH. Who would guess that our humom would actually want this from usually rainy Vancouver?!! 🙁
Stay cool, friends xx
