We’re enjoying an incredibly hot autumn, and we were surprised that our friends Katie and Waffles already told us about snow while we still collect tomatoes in the garden !
It’s more than 20 C (68 F) during the day. Claire and Momo make every weekend magnificent strolls.
The temperatures are nevertheless very cool in the morning : it’s between 3 and 8 C (37-45 F).
It’s autumn !
Sounds like our gardener and I would love to be in your sunshine, though not the cold evenings! MOL
Autumn sure is upon us, but I hope your winter is a kind one, and spring come quick and gently.

Our weather goes from 7-15C. WE have had a lot of rain, but have sunshine now.
Out west,on the prairies, they have had some snow.
We live on the east coast of Canada 😉

we were having a “summer-like” autumn too until recently, now it is normal. Katie and Waffles live in the mountains of Colorado so snow there is normal (almost all year!)….in Colorado it can be cold one day and 70s the next!

I picked the last of my tomatoes this weekend. Because of the hot summer earlier they all ripened. I usually have a lot that I have to let ripen in the kitchen window, but not this year. Our temperature is similar to yours but we have just had 2 days of storms. It should be better tomorrow.
We still have a couple of tomatoes left on our plants, Mom thinks that she might have to pick them this week. We have clear skies and there could be a possibility of frost soetie this week.

Autumn here too. Some cool to cold days, some warmish. Sun, clouds, rain, and maybe a few snowflakes.
That may be warm for you, but for us, that is typical fall weather. In fact, it’s warmer than that right now, except for the rain. 70s F and up to 80. But then it falls into the 50s at night, and that’s when we California kitties know it’s fall! MOL

We are expecting frost here sometime soon, so petcretary harvested all the tomatoes and jalapeno peppers. The unripe ones will slowly ripen in the warmer sunroom.

since yesterday we have real fall weather… the raindrops fall on our head da whole day…yay!
Ooh such pretty photos of the countryside and happy cows! When Mom and Dad were in Canada she says it snowed “6 inches on October 1.” But back home in ORE Gon we are having sunny days, though mornings are cool so I curl up by the heater. Tee hee hee. Winks.
