Claire and Momo took advantage an evening of the week to go to the Christmas market of Montreux to avoid the crowd of the weekend.
The atmosphere was festive, and the bright decorations shone everywhere in the darkness.
Having eaten on the spot, our humans walked among the chalets of the exhibitors. They thought of buying nothing, but then they saw this adorable diffuser of essential oil : it’s a small plate of white clay decorated with enamels. Some drops of essential oil are put down on the clay plate, porous, which absorbs them and spreads them then little by little.
Claire knows that essential oil can be dangerous for us, or that their smell can disturb us. This diffuser will bring a discreet smell of lavender in the entrance where shoes are tidied up, place where we almost never go.

The end of the year approaches at a strong pace, and the 2019 Blogging Cats Weekly Planner is the ideal agenda to prepare the arrival of 2019. His realization is assured by Paula Gregg (Sweet Purrfections), and several bloggers of the Cat Blogosphere contribute to it by supplying photos or by writing an article. This year, its cover is the work of Yasaar Nakchbendi (Chirpy Cats).
Every double spread presents on the left a collage of photos, and on the right a complete week. Every month begins with an article about cats, and we are very proud to have helped Claire for July.
The 2019 Blogging Cats Weekly Planner is available here on lulu.com.

Beautiful photos and I love the kitty plate. I am glad Claire is careful about the oils. XO
Mum hasn’t gone to any of the local Christmouse markets. She has been giving them a pass after going for so many years in a row. Seemed like nothing changed, so it was boring.
That is a lovely diffuser! How awesome that Claire has an article in the Weekly Planner!
LOVE the photos of the Christmas market!! We have a small “Main Street” kind of market but we live in a very small town so not a lot of lights. Concats on being “July” in the calendar……..

Oh, thanks so much for sharing your pics of holiday lights. That snowman is a jolly giant! Mom said she might take me with her in the car this year to drive around to look at the pretty lights in our neighborhood.
I’ve been watching out the window, waiting for a copy of the Blogging Cats Catlendar to show up. Mom ordered one for me and I can’t wait to see you all in it! Luvs.
That looks like a great place to visit. What pretty pictures. We especially like the kitty cat and what a good idea that is. Have a great day.
The market in Montreux looks very festive.

that looks like such a great market–we have some here but not nearly as good as the ones in Europe!
That clay cat!!! That’s simply amazing! I visited Switzerland as a child and I WILL make my way back there eventually. Most gorgeous scenery – even at night!
Whoa! Walking in the winter wonderland!
What a bootyful sight. Big hugs
