Claire took advantage of a few days of vacation in October to visit the beautiful city of Basel and its zoo with Momo.
She was able to pass on our greetings to some of our cousins.
After they came back, we went to the vet for our annual visit, and everything is fine… or almost : a blood test revealed a beginning of renal failure for Pixie (she has no clinical signs, it’s an early stage, there are just a few dietary adjustments to be done) and Zorro will have to go for a dental cleaning at the beginning of December (the same day as Momo, ha ha !). Nothing serious, but it’s worth keeping an eye on.
Nice photos. You will both be in my prayers. XO
What a nice trip Claire and Momo had. I like seeing the big cats. Glad your vet visit went well for the most part.
Hope the dietary changes will be beneficial for Pixie. And the dental goes well both for Zorro and Momo!
Basel is beautiful!
Those big cousins of yours look very relaxed in those photos. Hopefully the dentals will go off well and the dietary changes help Pixie xoxo Little Miss Titch and Angel Speedy
That was a lovely visit to Basel and the zoo. I hope the dietary changes will help Pixie with her very early stage KD. I also hope the dentals go well for Pixie and Momo.
Gorgeous images!
Pixie & Momo are just darling, and purrs for the upcoming vet visits.
Hope the changes in diet work!
Love the photos! And vet visits that catch things early are always worth it! Keep being awesome Marvelous Marv, Kozmo, Jo Jo, Nutmeg and Mom Barb
I’m glad the trip was fun. Hey Pixie and Zorro, we all send lots of purrs and prayers your way.
Hoping that everything will be ok with Pixie.
How nice that Claire and Momo got to visit Basel. We love the photos from there ALMOST as much as the ones of you two. 🙂
We are purring that the ditary adjustments for Pixie and the dentals for Zorro and Momo go well. Hugs!
It’s always fun to see the big kitties, but I feel bad they don’t have lots more room to run and explore. Paws crossed for everyone’s health. Our little Molly has had kidney disease since she was about 18 months old, but she’s been doing well on her prescription renal diet. Hopefully changing Pixie’s food will give good results.
What gorgeous photos!
We love that last picture of you both!
My weakness is snow leopards! We hardly see them in our zoo here. Every time I’ve been, they are sleeping.
