The garden mess has begun again. Every spring, it’s the same thing : Claire arrives with a heap of bags, jars and small flowers.
She ferrets about, deplants, transplants, waters, and puts water and ground more or less everywhere. I am obliged to oversee everything closely to limit the damage.
It is true that it is attractive, but it is not finished: she soon begins the vegetable garden … Sigh…

Dad is going to try a little bit of potting this year. He says Cat Grass is furst so we shall see.
Cannot wait to see what spouts in your garden

It will be beautiful as the flowers fill in and grow.
My mum is hoping the ground soon dries out enough so she can get working on it too. You did a good job of snoopervising.
Our garden will look like that in about a month. Though we never get to go outside and help the mom.

Yesterday afternoon my Master had to go to Annecy to see his doctor about his knee problem. My Mistress, who didn’t have to go to work, wanted to go with him. But… they had to (politely) ask my friend RouXy, and I, Frimousse, to quietly get into the house. No problem with RouXy. He’d do anything for a little food. But, as the sun was shining bright, I decided to stay in my crate under my balcony. Therefore my Mistress had to stay with me. And do you know what she did? She started digging the soil with the « grelinette ». If they want salad, they have to do that, and the sooner the better!
« Grelinette »?

Oh you so remind us of our black cat whose name is Black. He loves to play in the water too. Such cute pictures and what a pretty result of all the flowers. We love flowers. Our Person is getting ready to plant some herself.Hope you all have a great day and thanks so much for your nice Birthday wishes.
Zorro, you have a very hard job, supervising your human’s gardening! But we think everything looks quite good — our winter has been very hard and we still have patches of ice in our little garden, and lots of mud. Maybe you need to come here and supervise *our* human in the clean-up. 🙂
Thank you for stopping by to wish Nicki a happy Gotcha Day!
Zorro, you are pretty brave to hold your nose so close to where the water comes out 😮
Those flowers are pretty 🙂 Mom might get out and rake the yard tomorrow 😉
That is about all she does, heehee
Thank you for your comforting words about Grammie.
