We hit the jackpot ! Our friend Ludovic from Aniland suggested us testing the Jackson Galaxy Base Camp Combo
What is the Jackson Galaxy Base Camp Combo ?
The Jackson Galaxy Base Camp Combo consists of a purple transport bag and of a openwork nylon fun tunnel. The bag has three removable round openings on sides, an opening zipped on the top, and a side pocket on one of the long sides. The front face opens also completely.
Elements assemble by means of solid zippers. The extremities overlap so that we cannot open them (heck !).
So that we had even more fun, Ludovic offered us a second tunnel (Cat Crawl). It’s made of nylon and adapts itself perfectly to the bag. It’s brilliant !
We’ve not tested the bag for the transport yet, but Claire said that it would be for soon. What do you think that she was meaning ?

We have one of those, only with just one tunnel! I’ve actually traveled to cat shows a couple hours away in it, and Binga (sad to say) has been to the vet in it. It is pretty cool.
Looks sturdy and kind of fun – like a mini-cave! I have a feeling the “using it soon” comment had to do with an upcoming visit for a checkup! Might not be too uncomfortable though if you get to travel in the purple bag!

it’s a super cool all-in-one bag. I love it! and I wish it would exist for big dogs too… although I have no clue who can carry a bag with a weimaraner inside lol
Maybe with four holes for your paws, it could be a self-carried weimaraner bag ? And a hole for the tail ? Purrs

what fun (the tunnel part, not the travel part)
That is a very pretty carrier but we wonder if it is big enough. Our Mom keeps threatening to get us dog carriers just to make sure they are tall enough for us long-legged cats, which is to say all of us! Fun tunnel!
Pixie weights 3,2 kg, and the size of the bag looks fine for her. We’re not sure that Zorro and his 5,6 kg would be comfortable, but we still have to test the transport part. Purrs

That looks like a sturdy carrier! I’m an escape artist and haven’t met a soft carrier I haven’t been able to get out of, but Mommy thinks this one keep me in.
We LOVE it! But, um, arent cat-carriers going to eventually get too big and fancy to carry us cats in?
