One month ago, Momo began to feel pains behind the leg, the one who had already been damaged during his big accident in 2014. He had to stop working again. His doctor looked, tried treatments, but nothing to do : the pain did not pass, and nobody knew why.

Our human then went to get a scan, and everything rushed : urgent departure to the hospital within one hour drive from our home, and surgery. It was time : the artery which is behind the knee was blocked ! Claire explained us that the surgeons had done a bypass ; as we didn’t understand, she drew a picture for us :

After 10 days at the hospital, he was finally allowed to come back home on Caturday !

So many presents !

Claire had her birthday last Tuesday, and she thanks you for all your kind messages.

As she was sick, no way to go to the restaurant, then Momo made her a « special birthday » prune tart.

Grandpa was on vacation on Tuesday, then we waited till Caturday to celebrate in family :

PIXIE : Look who arrives ! It’s Grandpa ! And he’s loaded like a mule !

ZORRO : Oh yes, he has his hands full with presents !

As usual, Claire has been spoiled : figurines, earrings, socks, pullovers, and t-shirts. No wonder that she rarely needs to buy clothes !

An original gift


Our dear human offered herself a pneumonia for her birthday, no less.

Difficult to do more original ! We thought well of reaching for the moon for her, but it was a little bit far.

The doctor had already offered her antibiotics and a good week of work stoppage. We needed to find something else.

I thought thus that an enormous moth just out of bed would be a good idea : what a success ! There is unfortunately no photo, but she had tons of fun trying to catch him !
