The temperatures are almost summery (24 C – 75 F, which is very hot for the season), and the Easter weekend looks bright. Our ornamental cherry (prunus) is in bloom for Easter, and Claire planted the first salads in the garden.
No family reunion and no Easter meal this year, can you imagine ? Not even a small dish to lick !
But don’t let that stop you from keeping some traditions : whether in the garden, on the terrace or in the living room, we hope that your egg hunt will be a success !
We went through summer time today ; I hate this change. I haven’t recovered from losing that hour of sleep yet.
The sunny weekend was conducive to walks. During one of them, Claire and Momo met this beautiful family who rested in the sun at the entrance of the village.

We heard yesterday that our friend Zaza had won her wings and left us on Friday, March 27. She loved to walk in her garden, so these spring pictures are for her.

Life has become very strange around here : Momo no longer goes to work and stays at home, and Claire only goes there every other day (or every three days).

Claire monopolizes the computer, even the computer and the iPad at the same time. I try to help her by walking on the keyboard, but she tells me that she’s working and that I have to take a walk elsewhere. How ungrateful ! She’s working, you speak ! It’s been ten days that there is no new post on our blog !
We have the chance to live in the country : to take a break from ideas and get some fresh air, our humans can easily go for a walk without meeting more than three or four people.
As for us, we enjoy the garden, and the weather that was beautiful until yesterday.
