World Animal Day is celebrated in many countries. By educating and raising awareness about animal welfare we can create a world where animals will be recognised as sentient beings whose well-being is as important as ours.
To get involved, it’s very easy : you’ll find a lot of ideas directly on the World Animal Day website (there is even a translation button).
In groups or individually, you can all do a little something for a pet, a farm animal, a wild animal or a laboratory animal.
