Happy birthday Pixie !

The weather was sunny and mild ten days ago : an ideal weather to enjoy the garden.

Nature really believed in the arrival of spring, and the first buds and flowers appeared, like these crocuses :

But all of a sudden, program change past Sunday : snow, cold, rain, the weather has been horrible all week long. A weather to stay warm on the couch…

This moody weather doesn’t prevent me from celebrating my birthday : today I am 5 years old !

I received a wonderful card from Pipo, Dalton, Benji, and their secretary Ingrid ; I thank them from the bottom of my heart for having thought of me !

What happened on Monday ?

We told you Saturday that Claire was looking forward to Monday, here’s why :

#1 from the Poupounette Gang is in Switzerland for a few days for professional reasons, and she and Claire have arranged to get together.

Claire picked her up at Lausanne train station on Monday night, and #1 came to dinner at home.

Pixie, the pussy that hides under the blanket at every visit, gave her the honor of welcoming her in person. Claire and Momo couldn’t believe it ! #1 had gifts for us, and we had gifts for the Poupounette Gang, especially for its new member, Ollie : he will tell you soon about it.

I was naturally a perfect host, and I know she was thrilled to meet us.
